Vegan Protein Rolls

Ingredients:

 

- 1 cup dates

- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Vegan Caramel Toffee Macchiato Protein

- 1/2 cup natural almond butter

- 3 tablespoons cacao powder

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1.3 cup walnuts

 

Instructions:

 

In a food processor add dates, natural peanut butter, 1Up Vegan protein, honey and cacao powder. Blend until combined. Add walnuts to the mixture then pulse until combined, but leaving walnuts still in chunks. Roll mixture into mini bites. Place on a sheet of parchment paper, then move the whole tray into the freezer for 15 minutes before enjoying!
